After almost 25 years as a salaried employee, I felt the need to offer the world what I really was: a creative and organized woman whose joy lies in entertaining, a facilitator of moments of happiness, an inspirer of a life closer to nature, more serene.
I created "le moulin de chantelle" in 2021. In this former 16th-century watermill in central France, I have welcomed up to 18 people as gites or chambres d'hôtes. I created a permaculture vegetable garden that fed the table d'hôtes, and worked with local producers to produce healthy, tasty dishes that ranged from the simplest to the most festive.
Being very much in touch with the natural world around me, I began to feel things and to take a deeper interest in our visible and invisible environment. I trained in geobiology, massage and water energy treatments, and came to understand and experience the importance of place to our well-being.
In 2024, I decided to return to my beloved region and create a gîte completely in my own image. Since October, I've been offering accommodation in a place that I've selected for its environment, and which I've renovated and maintained to make it a haven of peace and harmony where well-being is a matter of course.
As the Swiss Army knife of La Cachette d'Oona, I welcome and respond to your requests; I accompany people who wish to become more autonomous and learn how to sew or make their own beauty products during one-off or regular workshops, I provide massages and balancing treatments, I cook delicious meals... I cultivate my organic vegetable garden, I maintain and decorate the gîte, I flower its surroundings, I continue to train and listen to my heart.
